- Job portal hosted on AWS/cloud ensures secure and continuous access.
- Server and shared resource access limited to authorized users.
- Users can access only data relevant to their roles.
- CD/DVD and USB drive access disabled.
- Sophos firewall and D-Link/Netgear devices scan all file transfers.
- IT team ensures OS, security patches, and software updates are current.
- All data is backed up regularly and recoverable in emergencies.
- One layer of firewall between internal network and Internet.
- A second, non-visible firewall layer with private IPs blocks Internet pings.
- Multi-layered access controls enforced via login credentials and further restrictions at the app/database level.
