Introduction
The client is a new practice based out of South London and has a taken onboard approx 100+ businesses during the first 2-3 years of his practice.


The Challenge
Client started his practice during COVID times and was not sure whether he would be able to sustain or not. He also did not want to put additional financial burden by employing full-time staff.


The Solution
The client approached Sapphire and we advised a fixed pay as you go model for him. We also suggested/advised him on cloud software to be used. We set up his document management system apart from templates to be used for working papers. The client has acquired approx 100+ businesses as his clients in initial 2 years and is outsourcing all of his work to Sapphire.
