Introduction
Client is a Central London based practice having more than 500 clients. The practices is a typical accounting practice focusing on tax and accounts production work. The client was looking at outsourcing since long as an option to grow its practice. Most of the work was automated and on cloud.
The Challenge
The major challenge was training required by outsourcer to work on client’s working papers which were a bit extensive and file preparation process which client had put in plan. They could not find a suitable outsourcer who would invest initially to train its resources and be productive simultaneously.
The Solution
We had an initial consultation meeting at client office where desired outcomes were outlined. Based upon our recommendation the client agreed to migrate work to us in batches over a period of 6 to 8 months. We started with them in March/April client had a very successful tax year end in January. As of now we have placed 8 dedicated resources for the client overlooked by a manager. We have monthly review meetings with Partner/Portfolio manager and one of the Sapphire directors involved. We have helped accelerate client growth apart from contribution to increased profits by way of decrease in processing cost.
