Introduction
A UK based Accounting Firm with more than 600 clients was getting work outsourced from a firm in India but was having multiple issues with the outsourcing vendor.
Objective
To transfer/shift the existing outsourced work with complete satisfaction of clients staff and deliver quality work in time.
The Challenge
In year 2014 our firm had exhibited in “Accountex Exhibition” and the client visited us. The client found our services very competitive and reasonable in comparison to other outsourcing companies. The client contacted us later and our director visited and studied in detail their business processes and outsourcing systems. The problems being faced by the client during outsourcing were also discussed. We advised our client to alter their systems based upon Sapphire’s existing set up with another of its client which was of nearly same size. The client visited their premises and saw their outsourcing model based on cloud/ remote desktop access and platform for document storage. We suggested some minor changes to client’s outsourcing processes and were able to take over their payroll, VAT , bookkeeping and accounts production work within a short period of 1-2 months. At present we are providing more than 700 hours of outsourcing work every month for the client. Client is quite satisfied with quality of our services and is with our company for the last 6 years.
